APPLICATION
To begin your nanny search, first you'll need to fill out the application linked at the bottom of this page. Your application will let us know what you're looking for and will help us better serve you.
CONSULTATION
After we've reviewed your application, we'll follow up with a phone consultation to discuss details like family needs, pay rates, schedules, and contracts.
INTERVIEWS
Once we understand your needs and your deposit has been paid, the nanny search begins. Pixie Nanny Agency hand picks and screens the perfect candidates. Then, we introduce you to the top 3-5 nannies. You'll be able to carry out your own interview with the top candidates virtually or in person.
Please allow up to a month for screening and interviews.
VERIFICATION
Once you've chosen your nanny, backgrounds are verified and together, you and and your nanny agree to a mutual employer/employee contract.
PAYMENT
Before your nanny can begin the first day of work, the registration fee invoice must be paid for in full or a payment plan agreed on.
